SHe is a good teacher. She talks fast during lectures so sometimes it's hard to take notes but she puts a copy of her powerpoint presentation online so you can access it any time. She is also extremely helpful outside of class. I definately recommend this class.

Her lectures are incredibly boring. She puts paragraphs and paragraphs of information on each slide so you should probably bring your laptop so you dont get carpel tunnel haha. The lab is really interesting because you get to be in the kitchen and make food - probably the only good part of the course. Tests are somewhat easy. Just read!!
