He is not a very good professor. I was not nearly prepared for Web Development by this professor. He chooses favorites and cannot teach the material at all in a way that is understandable.

It's not quite clear how familiar he is with the material in the class I had him with. While he will speak ad nauseum on minuscule topics, he doesn't quite clarify what exactly he wants. Tests will clearly show that grading has no rigid standard, as questions answered correctly will be missing random amounts of credit with no explanation why.

This course is disappointing for Professor Mills! He cannot teach this course well. I've had him for other courses, and this one his worst! He was much better teaching CITA 310! Lousy this semester! Do not take CITA 420 with him!

Great teacher, he's a totally nice dude and really wants to help you when you ask. Sometimes he is unclear in class but a lot of times it's about complex stuff and if you just ask him to be more simple he usually can. You just gotta understand how he works and you'll do great! Fun, funny guy.

He changed what he want almost constently and was unclear about what he wanted. If he could be direct, clear, and new what he wanted to do with a course (and didn't change it) he would be a decent prof. He seems to know a lot but can't convey it clearly.
