Comment:

Though she is very nice person, her tests do not align with what is being taught in the class or what is in the textbook. She does give the class a study guide which is very helpful for the tests but they are still difficult. To sum her up in one sentence: I got a B- in the class by .008 instead of a B and she wouldn't raise my grade.

She's a great teacher! Uses the clickers, which makes class/power points go by a little faster. Gives study guides that has everything you need to know for the test. Great personality which keeps the class interesting. Usually get out a few mins. early.

Awesome professor. Took her for the undergrad HRMgmt as well as MBA HRMgmt. Made sure to have her for next semester. Her lectures are interesting, she's extremely knowledgeable and the material is presented in an understandable way. Cannot recommend her enough. One of my personal favorites thru entire college career (undergrad and MBA).

A lot of the powerpoints are dry and don't always have all the info. Attendence isnt mandatory but that hurts u in the longrun & the extra credit is essentially worthless based on how she ranks it into your grade on blackboard. U are @ a disadvantage if ur an IO Psych student having to take this class for the business component

Attendance is not mandatory, but you lose 6 points every time you don't attend based on daily quizes. She's really boring, has a mean and really whiny voice. Miss Lucas (the zewski is silent) a mediocre teacher and reads directly from her power points, so print them out to study from.

Her lectures are boring, you can teach yourself everything from the book. The only point of going to class is that she gives a quiz almost everyday (whenever we start a new chapter). She is pretty condescending, I don't understand where that comes from. The class is not too difficult, but extremely boring.

She's a super nice lady! Very approachable and as long as you study her review sheets before the test...you'll easily get an A. Watch out though, sometimes the classes themselves are boring...even though she uses real life sources, you might fall asleep
