I loved this class. Every week there was a speaker from a different field of medicine to give us insight into their jobs. No tests or midterms, just a final notebook due at the end of the semester. I loved this class

Professor Worrell is an awesome and charismatic individual. There were only a few assignments throughout the semester and as long as you knew the powerpoints/followed instructions, you would get a good grade. Also random graded attendance. The class was very informative & I would definitely recommend if you have the choice to take him.

The nature of the course does not give Professor Worrell much lecture time but he really knows what he is talking about. He always gives tips on different professions and what to do in preparation. He is always willing to help outside of class and even after you have finished his course to come in and ask any questions about your careers or issues.

Just register for his class. Super friendly, no textbook, funny and charismatic about his job. Lectures are fun and he does take random attendance, but his 3 exams are the easiest things i've done since beginning college. Exam 3 counted as final so we finished extra early and days after exams were only optional if you had queations about your tests

Prof. Worrell is a great professor with many years of experience in healthcare. His lectures have information that is important to learn as a future healthcare professional and he supplements the information with his personal experience. I hope I can take more classes with him.

Great professor, especially if you are in a health major. He has many years working in the health field and is a great resource of information. The class is not difficult and as long as you are reviewing notes and attending lectures you can easily pass this class.

This Professional Development in Health Professions class was one of the easiest A's I have gotten. Professor Worrell truly cares about students and wants them to succeed and take a message with them, teaches based off personal experience stories. There are 2 exams (midterm and final), and a professional portfolio project. Great professor!

Good professor. You can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about his students. The class is very manageable. You don't need the textbook but will need to purchase an access code for a HIPAA certification. For exams, review PowerPoints and go to his review (if you want to save yourself some study time). Takes attendance randomly so go to class.

Prof. Worrell is great. He has so many interesting stories to go with his lectures that you have to work to be bored. The tests were not difficult, as long as you knew the material, and the portfolio project was not as hard as I thought it'd be. The point of this class is to prepare you for your future, so do yourself a favor and pay attention.

Awesome professor! You cant miss more than two classes or you dont pass the class. No tests, you just need to turn in a binder at the end of sem with all your class assignments (which are really easy and dont take much time). Stay on top of those assignments and go to class. If you do that, you will pass. I would definitely take the class again!

Professor Worrell is fantastic. His class isn't difficult but if you need help he has office hours regularly and will sit there an help you the best he can. He's personable and really cares about his students. I'd recommend him to anyone; he's one of the best professors I've had at UCF.

Professor Worrell is so much more than an educator at UCF, he cares for his students and really shows it. He teaches well, he's clear about what he expects from his students, and is probably the most engaging professor I had at my time at UCF. I frequently went to office hours to not only discuss the class but also my future career. He really cares

Professor Worrell is one of the best profs I've had. He genuinely cares about his students and is always there to help. I took Occupational Safety with him. You will not pass by skipping class and not studying. You do not need the book. Class is based on tests and attendance. Come to class and follow lecture and you will get an A. He is awesome!!

Prof. Worrell is amazing. He is super nice and his class is easy. The book is not required but you have to buy HIPAA access code which is a grade. Two tests and a portfolio are your main grades. I would definitely recommend this professor and I would take another class with him.

THE BEST TEACHER EVER!! His class is not about testing his students and making them stress about exams. He is there to EDUCATE you on the medical field. This class teaches you things that you will not learn in other classes about what you will encounter in your profession. He has a textbook but he even tells you do not buy it , you wont need it.

Professor Worrell may be my favorite professor at UCF. He is a great guy who knows a lot about health professions and is willing to help you if you seek out help. This class was sometimes boring & the credits don't apply to your gpa, but it's required & is usually a great class. Random attendance sheet & only 1 graded assignment (easy!) for grade.

Worrell is good in office, and to have a connection with him is good for any health career-seeking student. He's kind and very clear on expectations. The class itself is kinda a waste of time and credits and money, but required for the Health Science major. Worrell himself never lectures, but he has guest speakers come in. Class is boring.

Easy class. Attendance is mandatory, but you are allowed to miss two classes to keep a satisfactory grade. Just listen to the weekly speakers, take a few notes, and keep up with the online assignments. Really great class for figuring out what career path you want to take.
