I am in my second semester of college and I can already tell he will be one of the best professors I ever had. He loves what he is talking about and keeps lectures relevant and interesting. He writes amazing tests that force you to think critically about the material rather than just know what the book said. So helpful outside class. Great

Great professor! Very helpful out of class. Lectures can get long at times but very interesting subject matter. I would recommend him to anyone. Although, I think he is retiring next year.

Pretty overrated in my opinion. Nice guy--has a "grandfatherly" approach to his students and genuinely cares about them--but he isn't as bright as many students make him out to be. He makes arguments that, while I agree with him, he uses shabby reasoning in support of the argument. You must look past his big words, people.
