Mackenzie has been my favorite Psych teacher by far! She came in to class fully prepared every single time. She worked with students on an individual level and was very helpful as far as listening to our personal goals and suggesting placements. If you're willing to put the hours in & show up to class- easy A & very helpful for careers in psych

Her lectures are always interesting, she's entertaining and engaging. her tests aren't a walk in the park though, you really have to read the chapters. she does grade on a curve, however, which is a help. if you're interested in psychology you'll enjoy her class and do well

I loved this class and this teacher. She knows so much information and keeps topics relevant to today. She is always up for answering questions in class and her tests aren't to hard because they're open note with a study guide. I would definitely take a class with her again.

She's a nice lady..curves tests/grades & is quite reasonable. Her lectures are a bit boring, though. She gives good study guides, but you really have to read the entire chapters prior to taking midterms because she does add few things that aren't listed on study guides.

A very good professor. Challenges the students, excellent lectures, fair tests. Not an easy A, but a great class even for students who are not Psych majors. I would take a class from her again in a heartbeat!

Great teacher! Take her class. She is very helpful and cares about you, the whole person, and is willing to even take time out of her schedule to help you succeed in her class, and in life. She really cares about her students, and that is really rare. I hope to take more of her classes :)

Prof. McKenzie is an awsome teacher! Make sure you take notes down when she uses the projector and do your study guides and take home tests. You guys are going to enjoy her! for those of you interested in Psychology as a major ask her about her Psychology 276 class so you can gain experience and use her as a reference.

I had Laurie for human sexual behavior & shes a great teacher. Shes helpful & makes the class interesting and fun. There are 5 tests plus the final. The tests are open note and study guide so if you do really good notes the tests are easy. Final is not mandatory & she gives some extra credit. One project and one major hw assignment. Take her!!!
