Good Friday morning class (9:00 AM). OK professor. Pretty interesting movies though (class centered around film noir). Work hard on all of your papers for a good grade. Didn't turn my research paper in on time that didn't get graded, consequently got a C, which could have been an F what I thought it would have been.

This was an easy class. The movies are okay but some are boring. The grade is made up of: 40% a 6 page paper, 20% a 3 page paper, 20%final exam and 20% class participation grade. He's not a friendly teacher and often repeats himself every lecture. Overall, I thought it was an easy A.

Only 3 grades in this class - 2 papers and a written final. The movies he chose are great but he repeats himself every session in the discussion portion. The few assignments in this class are extremely vague and he grades progressively harder with each one, so as you figure out what he wants, you'll end up with around the same grade on each thing.

this class is awful with this professor. he is so hard to listen to and demands so much and does not explain a thing. his final is twice the amount of work as other hum 190 professors. there were some ok movies here. he teaches movies like it is science or something.

ok this man just likes to listen to himself talk, he treats his students like they are nothing.He doesn't know how to teach. I am a good student, and one of those teachers pet types,but he gets on my last nerve! i have never met someone in my life who was so horrible at being a teacher.

Yea, don't take this teacher. Not good at all. He sucks. I tried sucking up to him but it didnt pay off. Felt like the whole class weighed on one paper with no homework. If you like this then cool. Depending when your in that building youll fall asleep or be so cold or really warm.
