College Success is a joke of a class (easy A!) and all the students still act like high-schoolers she had the characteristics of a pushover sub that really loved talking about weird personal stories or hearing about students plans in life because she had really low standards thinking we hadn't even decided our majors yet. All work is busy work

Linda is a very caring and wonderful person in and out of the class. She's always willing to help and though she sometimes get caught up in tangents, they often become class discussions that are fun and engaging!

Proff. Linda Ellis was such a great teacher. I'm majoring in sociology and was skeptical about what I might be learning in class, but she made it so comfortable. All the topics she taught us about are very modern and even relatable. She's a good teacher, very funny, and very caring. I suggest taking her. does 1-3 chapter quizzes, midterm, and final

Linda cares about her students and wants everyone to succeed. During lectures, she brings in personal experiences and connects those stories to the topics in class. She encourages people to think critically during group discussions. Although i did enjoy her class, i wished she challenged her students more. Tests & quizzes were take-home & easy.

Online course. 9 discussion forums are required, but all students are expected to answer the exact same question, therefore there is no real discussion of the material. Linda does not participate in the discussion forums and offers little, if any, feedback. She is quick to respond to email. Easy class, but I don't feel I got anything out of it.
