I'm glad I switched over into her class. She's a fan of George Orwell - at least I think so. I think she's very easygoing. Doesn't make your first year English lectures a living hell. One thing, she's keen on attendance, so make sure you bring yourself to classes. Other than that, you'll enjoy learning from her.

mcmaster is very close-minded. she marks quite harsh and her lectures are extremely boring...i suppose other profs, even my eng 110 TA, provide a better, and more helpful lecture than she does..

OK I took english 110 with her by recommendation from this website. Guess what? She is NOT an easy MARKER. She doesn't seem to have any passion for her profession and gives REALLY CRAPPY QUIZZES that lower your mark (expects you to memorize every single FACT in a book) Maybe all these guys who are giving her 5's are ARZIES lol. Avoid her!
