If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have passed. Really cared about the students and wanted you to do well in class. Highly recommend this professor!!! Would take again in a heartbeat!

Professor Williams was really nice and approachable. All of the homework and the 3 tests were online, but he would go over the homework in class to answer any questions.

Tough subject, but Dr. Williams is helpful enough with responses to questions. Plan to work hard! Included a manual accounting project this semester--he sends out lots of support documents for this project (more than I thought we should have received...but it made it so much easier!) Oh and he's *nice* via email; helpful attitude.

Overall LK is a decent professor. His insistance on utilizing a custom software package for the class made the course more difficult than it needed to be. In this instance beginning with a standard ledger electronic or hard copy would have been much more useful than the custom package that was used.

Great Professor! He tells lots of stories and is very thorough with the work. There is lots of homework and quizzes but with accounting thats the only way you learn is thru repeatition. Very understanding also. Also a great advisor.

Took this class Spring 2009, he was a kind professor very helpful. The material is hard to grasp and I like his way of teaching it. He uses online homework which helps relate to the book and the class. His tests are really hard so be prepared to study for those, my advice is to study the book not the homework, because it'll only confuse you.

Gives a lot of quizes and homework. Uses an online program. When he explains things it doesn't make any sense. Do the homework before class, it is helpful for the quizes. The test also reflect the homework however it is almost impossible to study for. Really Nice guy, makes class light.

Dr. Williams is a pretty solid teacher. This year was the first year he's done homework electronically (www.wileyplus.com) and he gives you three attempts to solve each problem. The homework grade turns out to be a test grade at the end of the year. His tests are very simple if you understand the material. Read the book to get ahead!

Very hard, forgets what's he's talking about. Confueses himself and takes up most of the class trying to answer a question he doesn't know the answer too. Tough grader who gives no slack. Gives you bad grades for not doing something he "claims" he asked you to but never did. Very tough. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...DON'T KNOW WHY HE'S THE HIGHEST PAID.

Dr. Williams is an excellent teacher and an excellent person. You don't dread going to his class. And for this class it's hard to rate him as easy or hard. He's thorough. And that's because he's teaching material that we are going to need either for our jobs or the CPA exam. But you could not ask for a nicer, more helpful instructor.

L.K. tells lots of stories! He is a very funny professor, but he expects you to take your work seriously. L.K. doesn't require that you do homework and turn it in for a grade, but it's better if you do it so you know what's going on. You have to work hard in his class, but he'll go out of his way to make sure you understand. Great professor!
