She's a really great person. I love her a lot. Her class was usually long lectures. If you can, print off the powerpoints ahead of time and take notes on them. It'll be easier on you. Her tests are tough, but if you use the study guides she gives out and read the chapters in the book, you'll do just fine. I would definitely take her again.

She talks 90 miles per hour and NEVER slows down. We had two papers in that class and she barely got them graded by finals. Easy tests if you read the book. I don't recommend her if you want to actually understand nutrition. Attendance is a grade.

She is wonderful!! Her class is fun to go to & she is always willing to help with anything-just go to her! I did not miss a day & got 10 extra points for my grade--no exam for me! ..because I had an A! It was a semi-hard class but study, ask for help when needed, and go to class; you'll be fine! (:

Mrs. Littleton is a great professor. She obviously has a great understanding of t=her field and will answer any and all of your questions. Class is mandatory but that's okay because her lecture is very interesting and she gives great examples. No reason not to make at least a B if you go to class.

Mrs. Littleton is a wonderful teacher! She gives study guide days in advance of the test. The test have T/F, Multiple Choice, Fill in the Blank. She gives A LOT of opportunities for extra credit throughout the semester. She IS NOT bad, just study!!!
