HARD BLA teacher! He wrote a book that is all over the place and never gives you clear answers. You have to do homework for every class period before he teaches it. Tests are ridiculously hard. Loves true false, and all of the above questions. Classes are boring and he keeps you the entire time every time. find another teacher.

Have to buy a coursebook he writes, it's cheap but you have to go to some random printing place that is not on campus to pick it up. Homework every night, discussion ?s every night, and he basically says what is already in the coursebook. Not an "easy" class but if you do the hw and study from the study guide he gives you should be fine.

good professor. you have to buy a course packet which has your hw. collect hw every class. study the notes in the packet. have to buy a book even though you use it about twice for case laws. lectures the entire class period and calls on you once for a hw grade. great class but you must attend.

This is a great teacher that is very nice and will do anything he can to help you if you have problems. his class is very good and useful, you will learn a lot of things. it is easy if you listen in class and do the quizzes. you still need to work though.i recommended him!

Skip Jones is a great guy. He makes his course interesting and useful for your future career in business. His class is a lot of work but you can be sure that the day before the exam, you won't have to study the whole night ! HW and Participation are 40% offered. Prof. Jones is a reallly great teacher. do the homework and it will help your grade a lot, and that way you don't have to cram for the test the night before. Very Smart guy. At the beg. of the semester don't worry if you feel a lil lost it just takes time learning the basics and it gets easier from there.

this class takes a lot of work to stay on top of all the reading and homework. still one of the classes i've enjoyed most at uncw. prof. jones is both extremely intelligent & able to pass his knowledge on to his students. very helpful with any questions you might have. show up for class, pay attention, & the homework. attendance counts. nice guy.

Skip Jones is the man!Knows so much, it's absurd.He even helped me out with some personal legal stuff.Do all the homework, just read the cases (skip the other reading) and read over the review questions for class and you're set.Tests are STRAIGHT from the HW!Ask him about the cement truck Cadillac!
