Comment:

Very nice lady, however she is a tough grader. She will talk so vaguely about a topic in class then put an in depth question on it in the test. She does want her students to succeed, but makes the class a little challenging. Would give A level kids 50's on papers then make you work extra for a better grade. Nice lady, weird teaching style

Professor Werner is great. She is a tough grader but wants her students to actually learn something and understand the material. She is always available for extra help and gets to know her students personally. If you do the work and study, you will pass with flying colors. She may be a little crazy but she loves what she does. She is the best.

Professor Werner is an extremely hard grader. You need to write VERBATIM what she says in class on the tests in order to pass. Extremely accommodating and is super intelligent. Very liberal, too. Nice woman, just a ridiculously hard grader.

Very tough grader on tests, expects you to give specific answers on them. Tests are made up of all short answers. You have reading homework questions every week. Must show up to class takes attendance every class. Speaks extremely fast must be quick when taking notes. Extremely against cell phones and laptops. Calls students out for everything.

Comment:

Very understanding when it comes to mental illness and will try to accommodate you the best she can. She expects very in depth answers which is something I personally disagree with as long as you answer the question. Jumps from topic to topic very quickly and has the tendency to go off on tangents.

Super chill lady! Very laid back and actually cares about her students. She is a really tough grader though, cares about the details so be sure to ask questions if you have them and follow her notes on the board! HW is optional but it counts as extra credit at the end of the semester so do it because she doesn't grade alot of things so EC helps

Comment:

She's totally hilarious, her lectures are very engaging if you're willing to listen to her crazy stories. As long as you pay attention in class you'll be fine, but make sure you know the material or you'll fail your tests- there's a lot of define and apply. She also offers extra credit, and accepts late work. She's super chill, highly recommend.

It's true she is a hard grader, however she encourages you to talk to her about the tests so she can help you do better on the next one. She supplies study guides that go along with the notes and will go over it in class to make sure you know what exact topics are on the test. Ultimately, if you take her make sure you talk to her and pay attention.

she is a VERY hard grader. The tests are simple but even if you know all of the information, she will still find ways to take points off. she is also very disorganized and she just scribbles her notes all of the board. While she is funny and entertaining, i would not recommend this professor

I would not take this professor unless you know how to read her mind. Her tests are all short answer and expects you to write in extreme detail, and know what her answer is. HER ANSWER IS THE ONLY RIGHT ANSWER. I went to her for help and she told me pointers and then I applied them and I still failed her tests. I failed all her tests but got a C.

She's a very funny professor. However, she is a tough grader. Tests are short answer and she expects A LOT of detail. I worked so hard and I was not meeting my expectations. At one point she actually refused to meet with me, and I was really struggling for the next exam. I would not take her again, and I do not recommend her.

She is amazing. Expect to work, but you'll also have a ton of fun. She loves to openly debate, will answer any question, and gives out the syllabus the first day of class, with due dates, "how-to" sheets, and sometimes examples. Her tests are difficult, but if you study and go to class, you'll be fine. Take her for intro before anything else.

Take my advice and DO NOT take Dr. Werner. She is nice and easy going, but when it comes to exams she is the worst. There's 3 exams, they're not that hard, but she grades them horribly hard. Avoid her if you don't want to bomb her tests.

Amazing woman and really cares. she wants you to do really well but she is equally fare to everyone. she talks extremely fast and her test are very hard. you larn alot in this class, but even if you understand the material you can still fail the test. if you do the work you should still do well she tries to pass everyone.
