Hands down the best professor I have ever taken. Incredibly compassionate, and caring. Will work with you to help you get a better grade. Goes out of her way to help you out. Clear grading material, few quizzes that are fairly easy, gives great feedback, and just a humble person. Highly recommend her.

I don't think I have ever met any teacher that has been so unfair out of all my years of schooling. She is not understanding at all, she has no shame and WILL discourage you. Even if you try your best she will not care. I would stay away from this teacher, she gives you no hope in passing. As my first semester at CSUF, she discouraged me. Stay away

So sweet and cute. She gives a good amount of essays, but what else do you expect from a writing class? For some essays she will cancel class so you can have a 1-1 conference with her. She cares a lot about your writing skills and improving. She's so funny and adorable. Love her!

There are about 5 essays. About 2 quizzes. Book helps a lot! For some essays you have conferences which kinda help. If you follow her instructions, chose good articles for your essays, you'll do fine. Try to choose the same topic for your last essays, because your last essay is about putting your essays together. She helps a lot, guides you well!

I love Proffesor Schultz! She's always there when needed. If you don't do the essays your most likely going to fail. There are only 5 essays and she gives conferences for i believe 2 or 3 of them. In conference week there is no class (almost 2 weeks of no class) Must attend class in order to get the prompts and there were only 2 quizzes.

Really great teacher. I am not a fabulous writer, but she always gave awesome feedback, and told me what to concentrate on. Definitely take the EWP during this class so you can get the 5 points extra credit. I had her for 3 hours and she always let us out early. Three essays and two in class essays. One presentation on the song you do for one essay

Dr. Schultz is awesome! She is so easy going, I never got stressed out for her class. She is a fair grader, she even lets you re-write one of your essays to turn in for a better grade. She made writing fun, and I hated writing before her. She is such a great professor, if you are taking English 101 next semester get it with her!

OMG! She is the BEST prof i have had and i am in my junior yr. she is so passionate about english and makes the class super easy to pass. You are assigned 2 inclass essay and 3 take home. she allows you to have at least 3 weeks to do the essay and mean time you wont have class for a week,for conferences that are only 15 min on the day you choose!

She is by far the most amazing teacher i've had at csuf. You write about topics that students are actually interested in. Love, music..etc. Make sure to go to class. If you take her you wont regret it!
