Very nice lady but not sure how I feel about her as a teacher. Her class was pleasant, however I can't say I learned much. She is not clear about what she expects & I never figured out if she liked my work or not. Payed 80$ for the textbook and opened it about 3 times.

She's definitely one of the best teachers in the English Department. She truly cares about students and their learning. You should definitely take one or more of her classes.

I took a composition class with her. She's one of those few professors who really had an effect on my writing skills. She always gave feedback and the opportunity to improve on my work. I wish there were more teachers in the world like her.

Such a kind lady!! Extremely helpful! You get a chance to revise your essays after she first grades them, so if youre willing to put the work in you can up your original essay mark by usually 1 or 2 grades example C- at first then up to a B after revision! She is hard but it makes you work and learn which is what its all about right?

Extremely helpful, and gets you to really think about your subject matter. She is a difficult marker, but the course requires precision, and she gives assignments that are not graded, but are to give you practice at these skills. Very approachable, this course has helped me significantly with writing concise papers for other courses.

I like her. I knew from this website that she is a tough marker or whatever, but I got a fair grade from her. I didn't do well in those assignments, but my marks increased after the revision. Generally speaking, she is a good teacher, much better than Sheila O'Connor!

Good prof...tough marker though. I agree witht he previosuly mentioned...bring the fact you are not a dumbass and she will bump you up. Not clear on what she wants from the students however. But very helpful and available to her class. Tardy on giving assignments back
