After reading the reviews about him, I was scared to take his lab. He isn't much help and he'll make you feel stupid, but it's actually kinda funny. The questions on the quizzes come from la-la land sometimes, but I ended up with over a 100% on each one so...he's crazy but you can make an A

He is not helpful when it comes to asking questions. His quizzes ARE open book,but the wording and time given make passing the quizzes near impossible. Gives very little time to complete labs(had to stay behind a couple times.. even when OTHER classes had to start in the lab room). The only good thing was only doing 3 lab reports. Not recommended.

The Guy was a Complete jerk to me, and also my wife who took him at the same time. He made some jokes that took away from the lab. When using the pc's if you forgot a function he would ridicule, even though it's a one day a week course! highly suggest he hang it up!

Boring and impatient and should retire. Read manual before class and hi-light the important stuff because quizzes are open book, timed, and confusing. Put in time and effort on lab reports for a good grade - stickler for good lab reports. Allows ONE rewrite. Overall boring, abrasive, impatient and not very helpful, but very passable with an A.

He is very asinine. Doesn't like stupid people. If you do your work, you will get a good grade. It doesn't seem like it, but he has built in extra credit and really likes good lab reports. Show up to all classes and you'll get a good grade.

Have fun, I made an A, but didn't feel like I did good on any of his test. His test are extremely hard to take, not the material, but how he presents his test. Once again, have fun, I am sooooooooooo happy to get out of their with one try. I couldn't imagine taking this class twice. Material is cool, but the test are something out of the norm.

Requires you to learn every word of a casual nonfiction book rather than an actual text. If you don't memorize everything from it, you'll certainly fail the tests comprised of the most trivial/ambiguous information. He also does not teach, but makes his classes watch videos all the time. His tests are difficult... he uses a word bank on a multiple choice scantron... the words are numbered, so you have to add up the number slots on the scantron to equal the number next to the word you pick.

very hard to understand, when you ask a question he starts to scream and ask what you did wrong and why didn't you listen to the directions he gave to the class. speaks for half the class period so you'll only have about an hour to do a lab which takes almost two full hours. goodluck if you do have him as a teacher!

he will ramble for half the lab period, giving not alot of time to actually complete the lab. Half the time he doesn't even seem to know what he is talking about. he contradicts himself often. very frustrating! try to avoid at all costs.
