Mr. O, is a great, great math teacher. Makes you take notes so that you can understand completely and then go back as needed. Very helpful and super nice guy. I would definenately take him again for any Math that he teaches.

He really is a great teacher. I hate math because numbers just don't make sense to me, but he makes sure everyone understands before moving on to the next section. Very helpful and very friendly. Can get boring, but it is math after all. If you have trouble with math, I would recommend trying to get into one of his classes.

Mark was an incredible professor for math, in all my life ive never been good at math, and mark has made math so easy for me its incredible, he explains everything so well, and makes class alot of fun, i enjoyed him and i hope i can have him again

he is probably one of the (hands down) BEST teachers I have ever seen in my entire life. He breaks everything down step by step and runs it back over again and again... if you are a hardcore math major his teaching might irritate you as being redundant at times, but this is only because he is the best teacher ever and I am an arrogant prick

this class was extremely easy to me. the homework wasnt due until the very end of the semester, but if you wait til the end to do it, the quizzes and exams are more difficult. he is monotone, so its hard to pay attention. very boring class and its very fast paced.

I got a 4.0 in his class, when I used to be a C math student. The way he teaches is very understandable to someone who is not a math person. Just make sure to do all of your homework! He is a funny guy, and if you take his class you will probably be able to predict by the end of the semester what shirt he will be wearing!

I got up at 6:30 a.m. four days a week in order to take his 8:00 a.m. class. I'm glad I did. He's the best math instructor I've ever had. He will help you in Math Lab if you are having a problem, and you get extra credit for it. You will not be disappointed in him. The pace is very fast, so DO NOT miss any classes.

TAKE HIM!!!! I HATE math, I was scared to DEATH of college algebra.. and it was a BREEZE with him. He's PATIENT if you're confused, is in the tutoring lab alll day for help. He has many approaches that show you why some things work, and why others don't. I'm extremely impressed. He's the best teacher I've had PERIOD. He obviously LOVES teaching.

An amazing teacher. He is by far the best teacher I've at at Mott yet. He is always willing to help and stays for hours after his classes just to help students who are having problems. I suggest that if you have to take any type of Math class and he's an option...TAKE HIM! He's an amazing person.
