She was my supervisor for Masters thesis. One of the best person I have came across in my life. So easy to talk to, a great mentor, motivational and she will make you believe that you are capable of doing anything. Gives you great life advice. A wonderful person overall. Will be a bit tough on you but its for your own good. Take it positively.

I will be honest, I thought she was a lovely teacher at first because I went to go see her the semester before taking her class and she was smiling. Then after that, her exams always made me so negative with electrons in my head. I used to have lots of protons in my brain until I took this class lol

Hard tests but do-able if you learn the material. Past exams are a life saver. For such a hard topic she explains it surprisingly well. Can take a while to give grades back. Not the nicest person outside class. Make sure you thoroughly understand the material because she tests on the specifics. Many pop quizes.

Excellent Teacher. Test are really difficult, but its not impossible. If you are failing don't worry. Do everything she says. I never did the hw i just did old exams. Keep studying hard. She basically curves the final and drops the lowest test grade. After my final my average went up 2 letter grades. She's very fair.

difficult but not impossible. really makes you think on her tests. really make sure you know her material inside and out before you take a test. if you don't you will fail out and never become a pharmacist because you will get kicked out of the pharm.d program lol.

To all the people that said she is a good teacher you are insane. First test, the average was 63 and first quiz the average was 40. She didn't curve it at all and didn't understand why we would want one. What she teaches is so simplistic compared to what she puts on the test. Good luck because she will probably be the reason you fail out...

Orgo with Hass is a tough course taught by an even tougher professor. Taking her exams is a little like wrestling an alligator. Hass is an excellent professor - you finish the class an expert in organic chem - and she is very approachable outside of class. Take good notes, study until your brain bleeds, and you'll be fine.
