Goes way out of her way to ensure fairness when grading. Willing to help you out, unfortunately she is very busy and hard to get a hold of. She will often go on tangents to what she is lecturing, I found in interesting. Not sure if I would recommend for non-bio majors

Comment:

A load of useless memorization of definitions and terms that you won't remember once class is done. I thought ecology would be so much more than counting trees, beettles and learning about fish. If you're interested in obtaining transposable knowledge that will serve you throughout your career as a scientist, take genetics, cell and animal phys.

Awesome! She knows the subject and knows how to teach. BEWARE: EXAMS ARE EXTREMELY HARD! That's why non-biology majors in BIOL 100 course grade her so harshly. Worth taking the course if you wanna learn something. But prepare to work hard!

U'll be very educated in this class. She's certainly an asset to our school. very live lectures. U don't want to miss her lectures cos every word is important for the exam. Exams are so.... hard and lengthy. But she's willing to help, very nice lady.

Babbled aimlessly, BIOL 100 was a worthless class that proves that attendance at freshman classes should, in fact, be optional. The lectures were completely worthless--i.e., she read out of the book.

Awesome! The best in UWS. She can teach very well, very clear. You will learn a lot from her class. Excellent learning techniques with her real life experiences. I graduated from UWS but still remember what I learned as a Junior. BUT EXAMS ARE SO HARD!!!
