Comment:

Mary Beeler makes spanish very fun and interesting. However, she does not give you one paper back all year and her husband does all her grades, so if you ask what your grade is in the class she will tell you that her husband is the one that is good at math. The class is extremely unorganized and students have tried to go to the dean about her.

Comment:

She is one of the sweetest professors I have had, but she is EXTREMELY unorganized! Her directions for everything are VERY unclear. She assigns a ridiculous amount of work (inclcuing the ENTIRE workbook) but hardly ever grades any of it. She did not return a single paper all semester, you can handle her is you dont mind doing ALOT of busy work.

Horrible. Assigned asisnine amount of work, only to not check to see if done correctly, did not explain anything well. Didn't learn much at all. Got so frustrated had to drop. From what I heard she had to artificially boost grades so she wouldn't look bad. Don't take this prof unless you like doing lots(LOTS!!!!) of pointless work.

Nice but extremely disorganized. Hard to follow and gives excessive HW. We had to do the entire workbook. Gives xtra credit but is very unclear on instructions when it comes to anything. But easy to deceive though since she never keeps a planner but tends to lose papers/tests.

Very unorganized, takes forever to return exams and homework. Must be able to teach yourself for the final since it is departmental. Felt like I was in a kindergarten class. Total chaos.

She's really nice but sometimes almost impossible to understand. Not many people in the class really know what's going on. If you're good at teaching yourself and don't mind jumping around the room like a 5 year old, you'll be fine . . .
