I had Chef Trometter freshman year and really enjoyed the class. If you want to dive into the subject material, she is an invaluable resource. STUDY and do your homework! Great professor.

SHE WAS A GREAT AND I LOVED BEING IN HER CLASS. I JUST DIDN'T LIKE THAT SHE TELLS YOU ONE THING AND THEN DOESN'T FOLLOW THROUGH. OTHER THAN THAT EXPECT A LOT OF HOMEWORK AND STUDYING.

Don't know why I couldn't get a long with her at all. She always seemed very bitter with me like she didn't really want me there which I didn't understand because I did my work and got good grades. Didn't like the class but was required for my major.

Chef Trometter is a such a sweet lady! I thoroughly enjoyed her class, if you take the time to prepare you will learn alot and she is always there if you need her to help clarify. Sometimes I feel bad that she has to put up with people who dont take the class seriously, but for those who do, like I did, it is enjoyable and well worth it.

108 wasn't that hard of a class, but Chef Trometter expects you to do the work. A lot of people in my class didn't care about the homework, and it obviously irritated Chef when they didn't take it seriously. She can kind of be hard to read (seemed irritated a lot) in class, but outside of the classroom she's easy to get along with.

She was my adviser and didn't even remember my name, so I changed advisers. However, she's a great person outside of the classroom. Inside the classroom, she is confusing and hard to relate to. When outside the classroom she jokes and treats you like a friend. So I guess she's a hit and a miss.
