Professor Anderson is a one of a kind professor. If someone asked me the whole "if you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive"... I would choose Professor Anderson over Dumbledore... and that's really saying something for me. I'm telling you... listen to his every word, not for the sake of your grade, but just to be mind blown on a daily basis

If you're able to keep up with him, Dr. Anderson provides truly rewarding and enlightening lectures. He makes himself available to talk to you outside of class, about anything. The one skill that is essential to have before you register for any of his classes is writing. If you're a shoddy writer, you won't do well, no matter how studious you are.

Assigns 3 hours of readings for every class.. Impossibly high standards on papers.. Talks for 20 minutes about what could have been said in one sentence.. Makes you sit in alphabetical order.. Do not take a class with him unless you enjoy 50 minutes of wanting to rip your hair out.

I really enjoyed having Professor Anderson as the teacher for this class. He is very fair and assignments and in-class essays really further your learning and knowledge of the subject matter. Very enthusiastic about his work and a wonderful teacher. Would definitely recommend anyone to take a class with him!

This professor assigns a lot of out of class reading assignments. You don't have to complete many of them because he makes his students read them out loud in class as well. Student participation is a MUST! If your use to sitting in the corner/not giving any feedback..this is not the class for you.

Always atleast 5 minutes late for class. The material he gives isn't too difficult however a lot of it is extremely dry. For all of his essays, he had to restate the question multiple times because he could never get a clear question across the first time. Matt gets of subject A LOT during class which makes it impossible to keep up with the sylabus

Professor Anderson is by far the best professor I have had in college. He not only is hillarious, but it is important to him to connect with his students. I got an A but he doesn't normally give them out so don't take unless you are up for the challenge.

Hard grader. He gave everyone in the class a C on one of the assignments because no one could follow his train of thought. Doesn't explain where he's coming from very well, talks in circles. I tried to like him, but his pessimistic attitude made him not very enjoyable to be around. Definitely a class I dreaded going to.

Professor Anderson is the best teacher I've ever had! Clear about his expectations, entertaining,crude, informative, and distractingly sexy (not that this has anything to do with his teaching abilities). I really learned a lot in his classes. I recommend taking at least one of his courses.

Awesome Prof. I have a ton of respect for him as a person and a Prof. Great insight on everything, very understanding if you need extensions. Hard grader and lots of assignments but his pesimistic attitude on life makes his lectures funny and entertaining.
