Maureen is amazing and so is this class. You learn a lot and it's interesting. She really cares about her students. As long as you go to class, you will not fail. If you want an A, go to class and do the study guides. 7 quizzes, 2 lowest dropped. 3 exams, not cumulative. 1 paper, but it's an easy paper.

Maureen is an incredible teacher and she really cares if you do well. You can tell she loves what she does. Her tests and papers are fair and easy to understand if you go to class and read the book. She offered to meet with all the seniors to discuss their post-grad plans. Overall a great class and a great teacher.

She is a wonderful professor who cares about her students doing well in the course. If you need help, she is a busy person but will make time to actually be constructive and helpful. Interesting lectures with high emphasis on class discussion and involvement.

I have no idea how she ever became a clinical psychologist. I had a medical emergency during her class (bleeding was involved), so I had go the ER. She had the nerve to ask me for a doctor's note the next class as proof I was really sick. She wasn't very helpful overall either, but I don't have enough room here to go into details :(

She's great! Very knowledgable about children and families and the class is really interesting and fun! I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in working with children and/or families in the future!
