He assigned a textbook that was rarely used. It was mostly hard philsophical concepts. I got a C on the first written assignment. He told me that I pay alot of money to do well here and its not easy like community colleges. What a Jerk! But, he was nice since he let me makeup the final exam in December after I got sick on Finals week.

Terrible! Never learns your name and treats class discussion as a wheel of fortune game. Need to know the 12 synonyms for respect. Only notes are in flow charts which he then never refers to again. Speaks down to students in general despite your interest or background. Frustrating class, if you can wait for another professor DO!

Had students teach each other for entire classes, added to confusion. Refused to answer questions or let me see him in his office. No textbook- notes are all you get. Tests include material not specified beforehand. Can't explain material to classes, doesn't let you finish speaking. Totally unwilling to help or clarify concepts. DONT TAKE HIS CLASS

hated him in the beginning of the semester with his annoying voice, his incomprehensible flow charts and because he was way too interested in synonyms rather than the actual material. however, as the semester went on his teaching got better and his tests werent so bad.i would take him again

hes not worth getting up early for. i regret taking him. too much group work. pairs students with good and bad test scores and expects you to teach them. expects you to spend 2 hours on each homework assignment. homework given before each class and he walks around to see if you did it. hes really annoying and unclear. avoid taking him for 110.

if i had looked at these reviews i probably wouldnt have taken him. that would have been a big mistake on my part. blonder is a great teacher. you will learn so much and it is all relevant to the work force. if you study, do the homework, read the chapters you will get an a. very straightfoward class. i am def taking him for 110.

Never finish the charts before he does. Always write in your notes in chart form. Just write everything he tells you and study everything he tells you. It's all about remembering the terms and they all build on one-another. Go to class, study what he tells you to study and you'll do fine.

Dr. Blonder is awesome. Hes a really nice person and at first I really couldnt get used to him, but i will definitely be taking 110 with him. Assignments are easy, just go to class and study the review sheet and you're golden

if you study you will get an A. you wont like him in the beginning but you get used to him. he is a good teacher and really explains everything. I would recommend taking him you will learn a lot and get a good grade. Dont listen to these other reviews if you go to every class you will do fine. People who did poor didnt go to class.

i hated him the first few weeks but then he didnt seem so bad. he is very indepth and tests are based mostly on notes and the textbook. Gives a review sheet. weekly write ups that are easy. i didnt think he was that bad. yes you do have to study but it isnt that hard. if you try you can get an a easily. i would reccommend and take him again

Ignore what people say about him. He is misunderstood. If you pay attention and give him the same respect you want from him, you'll get it. He is a nice guy. His work isn't easy, you have to read the book and take notes. He's definitely not a dick, he's just strict, but in a good way that is constructive. I loved him and would take him again.

Awful! Absolutely Dreadful! I'm sorry, check my prior ratings and they are all at least fair. Dr. Blonder is a terrible professor. He is boring, never makes any sense, is overly critical, and bias. His tests are completely random, as are his homework assignments and grading system. If you must take him, take him late in the day and bring a valium.
