She is a great professor. At times, she is strict.She has made students do presentaions at the end of every semester. I have had her for two semesters and she has given me two "B"s. Just pay attention, do whatever you have to do and you will be fine.

I had her for BA31 class, and you know what guys? Her class is THE EASIEST class that you can find on Earth! Almost all her tests are online and not timed. The only thing that you need to get A++++++ is to have a book and having 1% of your brain activity. The professor is very good though, very good orator and speaker.

Ok people, McGarvey is such an easy professor. I had her for BA31(writing intensive) last fall and I thought she was pretty straight-forward. Her online tests were ridculously easy and she gives u 3 chances to succeed! Plus she gives you extra credits. Theres a group project in the end but thats also easy. How can you not get an A+???

To be honest i never learn anything from her. You have to read the book and take good notes to do well on her exam. You can't really count on her to explain something for you. When she explain something, it just make you confuse even more. Otherwise, Im not really recommending her if you want to learn and if your concern about your GPA!!

she is one of the worse professor I've had, she is lazy, she seats and talks & talks non stop for the entire class, I had her for 2 classes(behavioral organization, and marketing) & she teaches the same way in both, her test reviews and not helpful at all

I got a B- from her first class, then I got an A in her advertising class, the only thing that annoyed me about the class were the group projects, but honestly do all the extra credit, and it'll bring your grade up, and just study for exams, you should be fine. And she's pretty cool, and laid back, as long as you don't text in her class.

The only annoying part of this course is that people have to do a team project and make a presentation in front of the class. Overall, an extremely effective Professor. She essentially stops at nothing to make sure you get everything and have everything completed. She allows back and fourth emailing and gets back to you instantly when you need help with something. Thanks to her, I now have a well thought out resume! If you have her, consider yourself completely lucky!

She just doesn't know how to teach. When you get out of the class, you will realized you didn't learn a thing. She goes so fast and she doesn't know how to connect the lectures. But very easy professor. Her quizzes and midterms are a little tricky. She would give you 40 questions and you must answer all of them to get a good grade.

She would tell you something about marketing but didn't related to her exams. The only way to pass this class was reading WSJ for extra credits. Beware!! Don't take her class!

Once you're a person who does their work you're fine. SHe doesn't like to be interupted and hates texting. She's unorganized but sometimes that works to your advantage. If you do well all semester, you don't have to take the final.
