Moore's just a cool guy and his industry experience really shows in this senior level game class. He is very knowledgeable about job interviews, resumes, and other job related topics. The interview he conducted with me was very helpful.

Great teacher. Being a super-senior, he has been very understanding and supportive as both a teacher and a friend, and he keeps encouraging me to be confident and does what he can to help me find a job. For this I am gravely in dept to him.

He literally cannot use the PS2 controller nor can he use the keyboard. Lectures were not useful for the most part. The class was a big disappoinment for me.

Very subjective. He told me humor doesn't work in games. Huh, I suppose Conker's Bad Fur Day is a bad game then. If you have him, do a paper on a military combat simulator; you'll get an A

Nice guy and a much better GAM professor than Sward will ever be. He tried to lecture us with new stuff, but many lectures weren't all that useful. More guest speakers and more TA Q&A sessions, please!

Awesome teacher. He met privately with our game group on many occassions. His material was very interesting and he had a great deal of information to bring to the table. Way better than Jen Sward. He actually plays and talks about modern games!!

A man simply living in the past. If you are making an RPG or a paper game, great teacher. Otherwise, avoid.

His lectures were interesting and insightful. The only problem is that after four weeks he ran out of things to talk about. That's not his fault though because after four weeks we were supposed to start having guest lecturers.

Moore might seem intelligent on the outside, but he is more of a Louis Anderson on the inside. His lectures are full of falicious statements, he makes up terms to fit in the classes he teaches, and he makes no sense when it comes to the subject he teaches

Every single lecture was completely irrevelant to ANYTHING, unless you plan on going back to the 50's and making a pen and paper game.

He knows his stuff, and is pretty helpful. His grading system is totally awful though. You spend too much time making assignments to his for it to be worth only %30. The Midterm is %30 and the Final %40. Not to mention Doxygen.

Although a friendly & entertaining speaker, the class isn't all that beneficial. Though I wouldn't place blame on him, I'd put it on the lack of a curriculum for the GAM classes in general.
