He was great at tying real life subjects into our math problems, in order to make them easier to understand. If you take notes and show up to class you will be able to make an A easily, because the professor gives great explanations behind each problem.

Professor Moore is one of the best math instructors I've ever had in my life. Definantly the best I've had in college. He has an incredible ability to break down the material and make it seem much less difficult than it is. He is very high energy and has an old school style of teaching, but boy does it work. Super nice guy also.

Mr. Moore is a great teacher. As a person who struggles with math, he really helps you understand. It sounds silly, but he uses multiple colors when writing on the board, which helps a visual person understand where the numbers in different formulas come from. If you ask a question, he doesn't stop explaining until you understand.

Math is my absolute worst subject, but I really enjoyed this class! I learned quite a bit. Mr. Moore is amazing! Very helpful. Would definitely take him again if I could!!!

great professor! I would not buy the book it was $232 and I used it like 3 times only to study for tests. old school everything you turn in will be on paper not online. offers to help if you do not understand. you only have 5 homeworks and 4 tests after the final he drops your lowest test score. Amazing. Blessed.

I'm not a math person at all. He is very clear explaining problems. Has no problem stopping to make sure everyone understands. Clear on what he is looking for on the tests. He also gives partial credit on tests which is really nice. I've stayed after class to ask him questions several times and he was always really helpful. Overall nice guy

Amazing teacher. I have never been good at math in high school I got D's and very low C's in all my math classes. BUT with great study guides, notes and step by step examples I have a B+. However, I would not buy the class book if I had to do it over again

He explains things clearly, but explains it way more complicated than it has to be. he explains a simple 3 step problem in 15 steps. He answers all your questions and gives you all the sections to study for the next test early so you have time to prepare.

I LOVED HIS CLASS! Only grades were tests and they all have Bonus problems and were pretty easy if you went to class. He was very funny and definitely cares about his students and would go out of his way for each and every student that didn't understand. One of the best math teachers/professors I've ever had!

I enjoyed Mr. Moore's class because he genuinely cares about students and his lectures were easy to follow and informative. There are 5 tests + a final, and he drops your lowest scoring test (the final cannot be dropped). Each test (excluding the final) consists of 10 questions and are worth 100 points total. The final is multiple choice.

Prof. Moore is an amazing professor! He understands that not everyone is a math major and will provide extra credit for those who need it. He genuinely cates about his students. His work is hard, but after he explains the concepts, it's hard not to understand the math! After working the numbers, I see that Prof. Moore is amazing!

Prof. Moore is hands down the greatest Math prof. I have ever had. He explains everything in an exceptional manner. He will stay after he dismisses the class if you need add'l help. Textbook is not required, however, if you are still struggling I recommend doing the textbook problems he suggests. My favorite prof. yet and plan to take him again!

Mr. Moore is a good professor. He is helpful and there for you. Honestly though I felt like I did good in this class because I knew the material. I took him for college algebra. There were 5 tests given by him but he dropped the lowest score. There is a comprehensive final which is required. Homework comes from the textbook but isn't required

Mr. Moore is an awesome teacher. I actually enjoyed the class, he really explains everything and helps you out when you need it. Tests are not that long, but he gives you a good test review the class day prior. Definitely would take another one of his classes.

Grade is based on five tests. No homework to speak of. I took him for College Algebra last semester and liked him so much I looked for him for Trig. He is a solid teacher. I like math but he teaches it instead of just assigning the work. Wish he taught more. Highly recommend if you are taking Math.

I was dreading college algebra but Professor Moore made me actually enjoy it. The class is made up of 5 test scores and I'm not a good math test taker and I still did pretty good. He explains it really well and makes math make sense.
