Dr. Parke is a really nice guy and he tries his best to explain things but his lectures are really confusing. That part doesn't really matter though because the TAs will help you with any of your problems.

Dr. Parke certainly wasn't a bad teacher, but his voice drifted like a lullaby through the warm 8:00am air until my entire class was asleep. Doesn't matter too much though because the TAs are where the real learning happens, and they're usually top notch

Great teacher, though lectures are somewhat confusing. However, when it comes to asking him for help one-on-one, he is great help in explaining what you're doing wrong in the assignment and helping you fix it. Brilliant man, but lectures can be somewhat dry.

Professor talks more than is needed, his voice doesn't carry any enthusiasm about the class and can sometimes seem mono toned. He knows his stuff but I would say he is an average teacher. Most grades are from the TAs so he is just there for lectures and labs. He did not grab my interest like me other teacher, but it was an okay class none the less.

I did not like him. It's a lot of work for 2 credit class. I had other classes to worry about and my grade suffered. The instructions aren't clear on a lot of assignments and there was a lot of inconsistencies.

Dr. Parke is a genius. He has so much experience and he's able to understand and help with any question. The class wasn't too interesting but I did really well regardless. He once told me that he took one semester of chemistry and then tested into P.Chem.

His class was so hard. His lecture was boring. The grading was so hard on the tests especially the final the average was close from 60% on the final test. The tests are harder than the book questions which is already so hard.A lot of students find it challenging to stay awake in his class.Never said a funny thing.Almost no one laughed at his class.

A pretty decent instructor. The material covered in class was relevant to the engineering field, and applied well. Some of his TA's graded hard, but I would recommend him to anyone. You will learn MATLAB in this class.
