Tim is the best. He is the sweetest guy ever and he is super dedicated to the students in that he wants everyone to learn and understand the material, not just get a grade and leave. He was like a dad to the class, and cares about your success as a person and a student.

Since it was the first year this class was offered, it was most likely going to be easy anyway. Tim made this class the most enjoyable time in a class room for everyone for the whole semester. You will get to know him and everyone in that class and have a great time doing so. If you can get a spot, do not hesitate.

Throughout the semester was extremely unhelpful. He would not show up to his own office hours consistently. Also his tests did not reflect the material learned in class. field trips are largely fun but grading varies greatly based on which TA grades which lab. goes over tests in class but only thinks his answer is correct

his exams dont match up to what he teaches in class. dont even bother to go to him if you need help, he doesnt care about his students he only cares about his "work with mars". You can do alright, B area just dont expect to do well. Classes are fun though.
