Easy to follow, even with a subject matter as complex as evidence. Very approachable. All-around genuinely nice and knowledgeable professor.

Comment:
Despite being extremely dry (he did an admirable job trying to make it interesting),he does a GREAT job explaining very complicated material. Very clear and always summarizes concepts. The exam was very hard and not well written or phrased questions. Nevertheless,if you know the material you can still get an A. Glad I took the class with him.

Comment:
Uses good books and his style is dry but effective. He's also very willing to talk during office hours. Just stay on top of the readings, work the problems and you'll do fine. But his exam?Unbelievable! The whole purpose was to show how clever he thought he was. I'm still ticked off - test the rules, not students' ability to wade through garbage!

Comment:
He's straight forward, but the subject can get confusing. When it does, he doesn't always answer questions because he wants to get through the day's material. He stresses going to office hours and is very friendly and willing to help. Good prof.

God forbid you have a question to ask him..literally ran out of the room after class. COuldn't ask him anything if you wanted to. Not friendly. Ok professor but needs to get a personality.

Class is pretty straight forward. I suggest you buy "Understanding Evidence" and Lexis "Evidence Q & A" multiple choice books. Study these and you can get an A.

he lectures a lot and all of those lectures are VERY DRY - BUT - he is straightforward with what he wants - you learn the material - and you know what your torts when you leave the class - his job is to teach - and he does it - sometimes it gets a bit tedious - but it gets done...
