Comment:

I took this class during a summer session, so the pace of the class was extremely fast. The textbook was an absolute must. Quizzes were straight from the material in the textbook. Dr. Harris provided lots of communication and feedback. He made sure to offer help those that required assistance. Would take a class taught by him again.

Comment:

Harris is an absolutely phenomenal teacher! Worth taking his course and expending the effort on a group project that will truly benefit a small business. He is engaging and willing to talk with his students and give advice on things outside of the classroom. He is perhaps one of the most beneficial professors I have had at ECU.

Mike is an amazing guy who is by far one of the best teachers at ECU. He is very upfront about his expectations & for a senior level class they are where they should be. Extremely helpful with the project,went above what a normal teacher would. Very fair in his grading, do the work and you will be fine. Great teacher to have for a recommendation.

One of the best at ECU. The way this professor teaches online classes should mimicked by every professor in every dept. He gives full disclosure about what students are responsible for. He tells you what to expect. Do the work and you will pass.

Fantastic professor! Extremely helpful in explaining material. Gives study guides for tests. Took this class online and professor offered chats to assist in understanding concepts. One project due that was broken down into two parts. Offers four participation activities per week in which only two have to be completed.

Small Business Management. Really nice guy, can be a little demanding at times. One project is the entire class and it really does help with real world experience. You will be expected to help out a failing business, however, sometimes there is no "magic solution" that Mike wants you to come up with. Great professor thought.
