She's very descriptive about what to do in her lab. She's a good lab teacher but it's difficult to ask a question because she'll never help you get to an answer or it'll take lots of questioning to get a simple answer

Comment:

Very high strung and can be crazy about sig figs and labeling. She doesn't give straight forward answers but makes you really think in order to fully understand. She grew on me towards the end and would clearly explain anything better in lab if we did not get it in lecture. Overall a good lab teacher but there are probably easier options.

Loved this class! I am currently taking her for Chem 121 lab and have so much fun! She's super nice and funny! Also, she makes chemistry fun and interesting! Will definitely try to take organic chemistry lab with her!

She's a nice lady but not a good lab teacher for people who are not good with chem. SIG FIGS MATTER!!! She's crazy about them & you could lose a lot of points for it even if you're still correct. She's really approachable but never gives a straight forward answer and only confuses you more. She grew on me. I do appreciate the music during lab.

She is an incredible lab teacher. I learned so much more from her than I did in any class in lecture. She really wants students to learn and to succeed. She definitely helped me understand things more clearly than Dr. Kundell. It's a difficult class but it's possible to do well if you get help from teachers like her.

Awesome teacher! She taught me more things in the 5 minutes she had at the beginning of class of what we were learning in lecture than my professor did in all week in lecture. She's wonderful. Very helpful, funny, and loves what she does. Would definitely recommend, and I will most certainly take her again if I have the chance to! :)

Mindy is a really nice person who tries to teach the material cleary. You can tell she attempts to sort of "even out" the chaos of what the professors teach by simplifying it in easier terms for the kids in her lab. She'll help you any way she can as long as you come to her. She's a great lab instructor, so don't be scared to take her.

She is the best. I am an A student but chemistry had never been my thing until I met her. I am now a chem minor because she helped me understand the basics through homework help and Lab work. She is very nice.
