He is awesome. You want to go to class just to see what he is going to say. He makes sure you understand the material and if you are struggling he is really available to help. I stopped into his office a few times. He really helped and cracked me up. Good guy for what could have been a hard class.

Great teacher. Very helpful on the homework and gives plenty of time to do it. Easy grader on tests and homework. Still have to study for the tests but if you give it your effort, it will be impossible to get a C or lower.

In the difficult and thick world of intro. accounting, its nice to have a teacher who will give you points for trying. I'm a PR major and will REALLY need this. My balance sheets didn't balance and I'm still getting an A. This man has a big heart. And sometimes... he brings candy to class! P.S. He wears velcro shoes!

Raiborn makes accounting bareable. His tests are harder then he makes them seem but study and you'll do fine. Do NOT take accounting 157 with any other teacher except Raiborn. His goal is to give everyone and A and he considers an 87% an A

His southern accent combined with his metaphoric lingo is pretty hilarious because it is so ridiculous. Accounting in itself is pretty annoying and it seems like he knows that everyone knows this. One of my most enjoyable professors at Bradley.

Shows John Cleese movies, very friendly n jolly, make sure you read and understand the concepts cuz u won't pick up much in class-- if u do, the tests are fairly easy, let us use book for one of them, final was MC w/ no #'s, gave 25 pt. ec wks, tries to make sure you do well. Would recommend.

Dr. Raiborn is AWESOME!!! Very funny, easy going, and makes class enjoyable. Towards the end of the semester he gave us a multiple choice test that was open book because he wanted to give everyone a good grade before break. The final is also multiple choice, and no numbers! - how about that?
