Goldberg is highly reviewed on here for a reason, he's a great professor. Probably the best one I've had at BU and I'm graduating this semester. Do the homework, show up to class everyday, NOT LATE, and you will be fine. If you do those things you are almost guaranteed a B in ODE. He's good about office hours too

Goldberg is the best math professor for Diffy Q and he knows it. He does not take sh*t from any students, but why should he. He forces students to be real students, it's actually quite refreshing. All you have to do is do all of the homework problems Goldberg assigns. Then you will pass the quizzes and the tests.

Goldberg will make you work for your grade. Quizzes and HW are assigned for each class. Quizzes account for basically a test grade, the remainder is the midterm and final. If you do the HW and do well on quizzes, you'll be fine. Can dish out harsh criticism at times, but is pretty funny and cool. SWITCH SECTIONS IF YOU DON'T LIKE DOING WORK.

Morton is a fantastic teacher. If you go to class on time, listen attentively, and do all of the homework assignments, this class will be a breeze. Most of the homework assignments are short and easy, but if you don't understand a problem, you can put it on the board at the next class. He might make fun of you, but he will explain it. Take him.

Smart guy, knows what he is doing but has a horrible attitude and a terrible personality once you stop doing great. I learned alot from him but he is super arrogant and has horrible people skills. Get him if you love math but if youre not a huge fan, get someone else and get a tutor because he is nearly impossible to talk to when youre lost.

Goldberg is amazing, best math professor. Diff eq was easy because he taught it so well. You definitely have to do the HW, but it's not too hard and it's worth it to do well. Go to his office for help as much as possible, he is incredibly helpful and will give you candy and get to know you. He's perfect, and pretty funny too!

Can't recommend him enough. Amazing instructor. If you take him, just do the work. That will make both your and his lives easier, and you'll do very well and have a good time. If you don't want to do work, don't take him, find a different instructor, and you'd probably get a better grade.

Godsend to the math department. Homework is helpful, quizzes are straight forward and test what you learned. If you can do the quizzes youll be fine on the tests. Very clear and to the point. Understands how students think. TAKE HIS CLASS.

"tough" teacher. He makes attendance mandatory so that you actually go to class and learn. Super clear and really smart. He knows how to teach the material so that kids understand it. His class average is always well above the other sections. i.e. 89% on midterm as compared to 67% in other sections.
