Professor Simpson is amazing at what she does! ENGL 102 is a tough class but she makes it as simple as possible for her students. She truly cares and wants you to succeed, so she's eager to answer any questions and help you out. She's a really sweet woman who knows how to make you a better writer.

This lady is a gem. She tries to bring out your full potential in writing and knows her stuff. She has a very eccentric persona, examines your work thoroughly, and carries on a logical method of operation. Goes above and beyond to help when needed. She makes learning intriguing. She has pretty silver hair which may be distracting. )

Professor Simpson can be kind of confusing when explaining things, but eventually it all comes together and makes sense. I learned so much about writing in this course. She's great with targeting exactly what you need to work on in your writing and helping you to improve. I look forward to taking more classes from her!

She is really really strange. One day she heard sirens and thought that officials were trying to get her. . . but she is really nice. She expects you to know your stuff. If you don't do the reading you won't pass the quizzes and no spark notes, cliff notes do not help with her quizzes.

Professor Simpson was great! She acts a little strange but in a good way. She always knew how to make the class laugh. She was extremely helpful when it came to papers and always made sure you understood them. She grades papers really tough but it's suppose to help you become a better writer. In the end, I enjoyed her class!

She is wonderful, funny, slightly insane- all great qualities for an English profesor. She spent alot of time with me revising my works and assisting me on other projects. I really enjoy being in her class & find they are not terribly difficult, but interesting, fun, spontaneous and just Mary Scott! I have never met anyone like her!

MS Simpson is interesting, spontaneous, and slightly insane. I enjoyed her class, however found the grading to be slightly frustrating. She is meticulous on what words mean and how they should be used. She is awesome professor though, lively, and quite entertaining to have. Goodluck!
