I remember walking into class on my first day at Bradley. Oscar walked in, read the syllabus, and told us to leave. I didn't know what to think of him at first and had no idea how much i would grow to love him and his class. He is very laid back and gives good feedback if you ask for it. His projects are fun and he lets you be creative.

Oscar is by far the best teacher I've had so far! I went into the class with almost no experience in drawing and he made me feel so much more comfortable and on top of that he is always willing to help and will show you what you need to fix. He is very sweet and really funny! I definitely recommend taking him if you need this class!

Awesome instructor! If anyone needs to take an art course, I would highly recommend Oscar. The first day of class he told us that we don't need a textbook. If you complete and turn in all your assignments then you'll automatically get a B. Its an easy course and sometimes he cancels class because he has stuff to do. Or simply just out of kindness.

Amazing professor that genuinely cares about helping his students get the best experience they possibly can. He is eager to help them expand their knowledge with new medium and is willing to find related sources as examples on his own time. i love oscar. he is by far my favorite teacher at Bradley. I was very nervous going into his class not having a lot of experience with drawing but it soon turned into my favorite class. he is a very easy grader and his assignments can be long be he is very helpful. he told us you really have to screw up not to get an A. hes also extremely funny

He is the nicest man ever and makes quirky jokes that once you get to know him are hilarious. he knows a lot about drawing and trys to put it in steps to make it easier for you. he is a very easier grader as well. he goes out of his way to help anyone with anything and i would recommend him to everyone.

Oscar teaches more as a mentor than a professor. He gives basic instructions and barebones guidelines with very little other instruction. Shows basic demos. He is very friendly. Get in a conversation with him about your work and artistic processes and you will receive great feedback. Favorite professor I have ever had.

Fun, funny teacher. Very relaxed class. Allows you to stay and work on assignments or leave as you please. Always willing to help. Has 45 minutes of clear demonstration and tutorial; it's much easier to see than listen to. Assignments are fun, but we still learn an awful lot.

I love this guy. Great teacher ... very personable. Some of the assignments are difficult, but he will help you as much as he can. The class never lasted the three hours it was supposed to. Often just a demo, and then homework, though we did work in class some. Always the option to stay and get help. Take him if you can!
