Prof. Licklider is a great teacher. She challenges you instead of giving you easy work. She makes you write a lot instead of talking all period long. In the end, if you do your work you will become a better writer! I never understood research papers before Licklider. You can get lots of help FROM her if you ask for it.

A VERY NICE LADY. VERY HARD GRADER HOWEVER, AT THE END SHE SURPRISED ME WITH A-. SHE WAS HARD ON ME WITH THE GRADING FOR EXAMPLE, I DID NOT GET ANYTHING MORE THAN AN B- OR C+ THROUGHOUT THE SEMESTER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER SHE KNOWS HER LITERATURE. JUST DO NOT COME LATE TO CLASS OR MISS CLASS.

She is a very nice lady and does know a lot about mythology. I personally would have liked to study different types of mythology. My biggest problem with her was her grading system. Whatever you think you'll get will not be what you get in the class. She also often says one thing but expects another thing entirely when it comes to assigments.

She is a very good prof. She wants you to do well in her class. If you show that you read, and that you are putting effort into the papers, you will do well. There is a lot of writing in this class, though; if you don't like writing you should not take it.
