Worst prof/teacher I've ever had in my entire life. Does not care about the students at all. Bases the entire class work off of her own theories and then expects you to find plentiful research about them (which there isn't!!!) Denied my research report four times because it was "too general" but wouldn't tell me how to fix it. DO NOT TAKE HER FTS!!

She does NOT care if you are doing poorly in her class and if you go in to talk to her, just restates the fact you are not doing well in the class. She gives pointless assignments on top of pointless assignments. She is the worst teacher I have ever had in my entire life.

PK expects choir members to read her mind. Had her for an advisor, was really helpful and caring. Interesting woman who loves what she is doing and loves her students. Really knows the vocal mechanism. Picks out bad songs, and some good ones, just have to sing the bad too!

She is a little crazy. Rumor has it that she has stuffed animals answer the phone for her and she and her current husband hooked up on a J-term to Africa. She demands a lot of excess busywork. Don't take this class if you are not a Music Ed Major. There are many other NWEST classes that you will learn much more from without the stress

This class feels like middle school. She gives you the outline for the end of term paper. Groups get together to present powerpoints of the countries we're going to study. Don't take this class is you're not music ed and it's not required. And she's crazy.

Regardless, she is a very gifted woman who truly loves what she does and needs to be given a chance.
