Mr. Mroz is a super good teacher. He understands us and is always very helpful. He makes sure that everyone understands in the class. He is funny and genuinely a very nice guy. I recommend him in all of the accounting classes that you wish to take.

Mr. Mrozs lectures are very understandable and he is hilarious. He explains every details patiently and doesnt mind if someone asks silly questions. Always replies my emails within an hour and always caring and encouraging. I got very good scores in exams because he made accounting so interesting.

I took this class in the summer, assuming it will be easy, but it turns out to be quite the opposite. He is funny, but his exams are ridiculously hard in comparison to his assignments. Would not take ever again, also, for courses such as this, take it during the fall or winter semester, not during the summer.

COMM 217 is a very difficult class however, Stan was very helpful outside of class. He answers his emails quickly and gives grades back pretty quickly within a reasonable amount of time. Great guy!

One of the best profs I had in Concordia. He encourages questions (too often even), is very approachable and never misses an email. You do have to put in the work thou since acco230 is not an easy class. He explains clearly, but you need to have an idea of the topic beforehand (read the slides). Will take again.

Great teacher. He never lets an email pass and always attempts to answer all your questions. His marking is extremely fair and he is not out to trick you. Read the chapters prior to each class and you will understand whats going on.

One of the best teachers I've had, explanations are clear and he takes time to go through at least one homework problem each week and (will take the entire hour and a half if he feels that the students need it). He is also really helpful, he answers as many questions as he can in class and will be more than happy to help during office hours.

nice teacher. has consistent office hours and answers email the same day usually. the above student saying he isn't helpful probably relied purely on the teacher and didn't study. this isn't a class where you can just listen and ace it. you got to put in the work. he's a good Asset(cwatididthere?) to have to help you achieve a good grade

HORRIBLE!!!! doesn't explain material well at all.. i don't understand how he has a 4.2.. i changed my whole schedule to get his class and it was a huge mistake. he won't answer students questions and will spend 10 mins wasting time telling the class to be quiet.. AVOID!! he should retire teaching already.

He's a good teacher. He follows the textbook and goes through every slide. I often had to discover the steps to solving a problem on my own. He tries to be funny... He often tells the class to quiet down, which gets annoying. Attend class, read the book, do the assignments and get a 70%.

One of the greatest Accounting profs. There are 2 accounting profs at GDBA, take Mroz at any cost. Attend the class and listen, and that is it he does everything even sometimes if you cant do practice problems you would be fine with it if you listen to him in class. for exams he asks what he teaches in class and much easier problems in exam as well

Really unhelpful and doesn't teach anything. Simply reads slides in class and does one problem per chapter (not enough) while reading the answers off of an excel sheet. He doesn't answer questions and over-complicates all of the subjects seen in the course. He isn't the worst accounting teacher, but I'd never take him again. Avoid him if possible.

This teacher is a good man and a fair teacher. I don't know why people complain about him. I believe that those who complain that he is boring because they think that the teacher is in the class to entertain them. Take him for accounting!
