Millinery-great for arts requirement if you can sew. The class is very low key, no tests and guaranteed A if you turn in your 4 hats. Lectures on elements of design (feel free to skip), ALL work is done outside of class. If you don't know how to sew, she'll teach you but be prepared to learn on your own time. Expect to pay for your own materials

Tric is awesome. Such a chill class, some people showed up half an hour late. Sewing beginners should only take if they're ready to WORK and LEARN, but if you do, you'll be sewing clothes by the end of the semester. Lots of out of class work, but you can make stuff for yourself.

Millinery is a great way to get your GER 6. Prof. Wesp knows a lot about hat making, but she wasn't the best at designing classes, although I did appreciate that she didn't get flustered and crabby when she was putting on a show. The only homework was making the hats, so it was an easy A.

Professor Wesp is an extremely intelligent, sweet woman, but she is not a great professor. I never saw a single grade for anything in her class. We only got our drawings back, and on those, you just receive a check mark if she thought you'd done a good job. Awesome lady but pretty bad class.

I loved her...she totally reminded me of Prof. Trelawney from the Harry Potter books. She's very passionate about the subject and has a dry sense of humor...she does tend to be disorganized and get off the syllabus schedule...still, awesome class

OMG Stay away! Her Make Up class sux! She doesn't care to know your name and unless your in her clique of theatre people she doesn't care who you are. Oh and if you can't clear your schedule to be in the show, don't sign up. She disappears during class and expects you to self teach yourslef. WHO HIRED THIS WOMAN TO TEACH?

the worst most disorganized witch-like in appearance incredibly boring professor ever. avoid class -- she'll keep you guessing your grade until the bitter end as she NEVER hands back anything. didnt even return first & only midterm. the class is a joke. she takes herself and the subject way too seriously.

One of the sharpest, smartest professors I ever had. If you didn't want to do the work, she didn't stress out: there's no time for the people who don't care in her classes. Lectures are always good, ****y fun, if a bit wandering. Just because they wandered doesn't mean they weren't clear, though.

This was a good class, and I find that I learned a great deal. Know that the professor doesn't return tests very quickly. Also, you have to do many sketches (no worries if you aren't much of an artist), so my ability to draw the human body shot up rather remarkably.

Class not as interesting as I thought- consisted of looking at slides for an hour+ in the dark, tended to fall asleep. Prof is very friendly though. Only have midterm, final, and final paper. She can ramble some, but overall is a kind lady who seems very knowledgable.
