Professor Coyle, is cool. He is very helpful and responded to my questions in decent time. The class is a little tough, but not impossible. Just stay on top of everything. I can tell he understands the working adult that is also back in school. I took a few of his classes and the same impression; Its all good. I would recommend him to everyone

Chef is totally awesome, one can learn a lot from him and his experience. Hes tough but only if you make him be that way, really his a teddy bear, do not let the loud voice fool you, he really does care for each one of his students!

He is a good teacher, but he’s funny, but he is also strict, but what teacher isn't strict? The way he is strict is, the advanced classed, and all the students are working in a restaurant so if a student gets a measurement wrong he doesn’t hold back any emotion, because students were supposed to learn that a long time ago.
