Horrid. Idk how his rating is that high. I've never had a teacher make me hate an online course before. If it wasn't for credit I would've dropped him immediately, long story short save yourself the migraine and choose someone else.

He was very disorganized. He never returns emails and they are his only form of communication. There were makes on the syllabus and it took him two weeks to get it out to us. I would not take this instructor again and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Be careful of Dr Mace, he will tell you one thing and then do something else. He doesn't reply to emails for quite some time, if at all; grades papers late; you really never know what grades you are achieving until it is too late to make the corrections he wants. Very disorganized and never stays on topic. Take someone else if possible!!!

He is a nice guy and has a lot of experience and knowledge. With that being said, I do not think he is a good teacher. He is extremely unorganized. He gets very side tracked in class and we don't cover anything of importance.

Brilliant and Great teacher.. Very understanding, just ask and he will help you.. come to class and do all the assignments and you will get a good grade, quizzes are all online and you get three chances to take them; final is a 50 M/C in class and 100 M/C online (only one try on this one) :) Take this teacher if you want to learn!!!!

what a nightmare and waste of time and money this class was.I will be surprised if this guy doesn't get in big trouble because almost everyone in the class signed a letter stating how odd this class was. I can't say I took much away from that class except general frustration.

This guy is ridiculous, but I liked his class. He's quirky and I enjoyed showing up to class because you never know what he'll talk about. Just make sure to show up every day to class and read your book and you'll get an A.

Dr. Mace is great. He knows a lot about social work. He knows alot about research. He will personally take the time to talk to you and explain it to you. In class he sometimes only talks to the top level students.

I really like Dr. Mace because he doesn't read the book to the students who don't bother. He has years and years of experience. If you ask him a question about social work, he knows the answer. He is really great to talk to and will take all the time you need to meet with you in his office. He shines best one-on-one.

Lecture has nothing to do with the tests but he grades for attendance. I slept every day and got an A... I don't know how I did it. Most answers are in the book but sometimes the answer in the book isn't even an option on the test... He is completely illogical in his grading.
