Professor Doyle was a good man. I never knew how to write a paper, but he was the one who taught me how to write a paper. After when I had him, I would visit him and from there we started to develop a friendship.If it was not for him I would be lost in writing papers for classes. Now that he has passed away, I will always remember him.

Professor Paul Doyle died on July 22, 2009. He was 83 years old. He was teaching a full schedule in the Spring of 2009 and was scheduled to teach in Fall 2009. Dr. Doyle was perhaps the finest teacher and scholar I've ever known. Nassau has lost one of its very finest. May God rest his soul.

He is an older man. He values attendance and also understands that students do not read assignments that are given. After each reading he assignes he goes over them in class, no need to read the material(unless you really wish). Gets off topic very easy but usually about random topics, i.e about his engineer son or Marilyn Monroe.

Doyle is the greatest. He is the cutest old man, who really knows his stuff. He makes you write 7 basic papers and grades very easily, as long as you know basic grammar. Take as many classes as you can with him cause he is one of the best.

real easy class. i hate english but this is an easy A. if u get him and fail u should just jump off a bridge. im an ok student and it was so simple. you can take finals home if u dont finish them, and midterms. u can show up at the end of class and he wont care, just dont miss it.
