Professor Tartaglia is better than most ME professors at Norwich; but this isn't any kind of compliment. I learned mostly on my own by completing homework assignments. I felt these assignments were fair and practical. Class is somewhat of a waste of time - however Tartaglia does not have a mandatory attendance policy.
