Pauly was the professor that made me become an English major. He was interesting and cared about his students. I had his class his last semester and I was sad to see him go. A few of us would sit in class and think of what it would be like if he was our relative. It would be amazing. I like to think of him as my very own Walt Whitman. I love Pauly!

Loved this professor and sorry to hear that he is gone. Loved that he wore overalls everyday. His teaching style was great and he really let us go off in class with our own ideas. Great stories has really been around the block for a ex-monk.

I had the pleasure of being one of the last classes to have Paul as a teacher. He made me laugh at least once every mon, weds, and friday! He is a great teacher. He used a lot of profanity for teaching us the use of semantics. By far, he is the best!

Although he is a nice teacher, he is very unclear sometimes and goes through things very quickly. If the curse words bother you, I suggest you don't take the class. If you miss one class, you will probably get lost.

He taught me lots about how we use language and it apply it every day in the way I speak. It is a great class with an awsome teacher. It was not hard to get up at 730 to go to class because it was fun, and i learned alot.
