Pete was an excellent teacher. Tells you in the first class that it is not a beginners class, so don't take it thinking you're going to learn the basics of MS Office programs. However, he is very willing to help out if you run into problems with any of the programs. Also has a good sense of humor, which makes the class more interesting.

Pete is a jokester. He does tell you in the beginning it is a fast paced class and not for beginners. CIS 110. He stays after class as long as you need him to. His lab projects are hard to understand ,but he will try to help or give more time.He lectures for half then you do your homework. All powerpoint. He is a very nice man.class moves quickly

i think he is a very nice teacher! hes very understanding and easy to talk to!! but um i think lecture is very boring and i agree i could of did this class online because its mostly using the textbook. other then that i thought he was pretty cool. i didnt like his tests though!

I am by no means a computer whiz, but Pete (yes, he prefers first name basis) did a wonderful job of presenting and explaining the information. If you have the option to take his class in the evening, do so, as he has admitted to his evening class being more casual and more enjoyable.

Great teacher. This is my 2nd time taking him. He helps you as long as you ask for help and usually stays later if people need help. This was an advanced class and he was very cooperative with the few students who seemed to be clueless with Excel!

I was a returning student with little computer experience & this was suppose to be a "beginners" class. It was horrible. The teacher acted like all students were the under 25 crowd born with a laptop glued to one hand & cell phone glued to the other. He had no use & little help for the older returning student will little or no computer experience.
