RIP Peter. You may have been a Keynesian, but you taught with passion. I strive to teach others Austrian economics with that same passion.

I took Peter Parks this semester. He's probably one of the best professors that I've ever seen. I have no background with micro but he lead me to the world with as less Calc thus usually drive people crazy. He uses his own material and gives hw every week. He also helps students so much. Strongly strongly recommended. You learn a lot from him.

I took Prof. Parks for Managerial Economic Analysis at Rutgers (MBA prgm), and can say that he is an awesome professor. He makes sure you understand everything before he moves on; understand what he puts on the board and you'll do great. The exams problems are taken right from the homework. Only buy the book he compiled, you dont need the textbook.

Yes, he is borderline OCD. But he explains everything (including the calculus aspect) very clearly. I hestitate to put down 'easy' because you still need to do your homework. You should get a decent grade if you pay attention in class and do the assignments. I recommend that you do more than the required minimum if you want at least an A-.

Best Economics Professor I have taken at Rutgers. Teaching is very clear and and thorough. If you have all of his notes and study them you will get an A in the course. No need for the book if you got his notes. Although, the book can be helpful at times. He is understanding and very helpful. and likes to jump around and breathe deep while teaching.

he organizes everything so well that you don't spend time figuring out what is expected (he is bordering on OCD). he is very clear and it shows through that he really loves the subject and wants to impart his knowledge on his student. i didn't have much interest in econ before....but he makes the material fascinating.
