Although this Professor's class is extremely hard, you will learn a lot. One thing I have to say is that she does prep you for your upper division classes. For those you are transferring over to a four-year college, this teaching style is most applicable to the Professors that teach at university level.

goes through material a little too fast, never explains the terms she uses. Her test are extremely long and hard!!! She's a nice person, but she's not nice enough to give tests that are humane!! she drops the lowest test score, but if all your tests are F's and D's because she doesnt explain anything and asks hard questions, it's all meaningless!!!

Can you say extra credit? Interesting class: brutal tests and it is impossible to follow her lectures, but she more than makes up for it with an amazing curve (got 67% on one test and was given a B+), tons of extra credit and the fact that the homework is actually a photocopy of the HW.

She's a very friendly and nice teacher, but you really have to pay attention to the lectures and read the textbook if you want to pass the tests. Tests are brutal is you dont go to class. She only takes attendance the first few days, and she's you out a lot with extra credit work and grading on a curve if you're not doing so well.

She doesnt want anyone to fail her class! You can do poorly and by the end of the semester she'll give you ways to get at least a c. I did ok on tests and still got an a! Homework is extra credit. Only 2 projects that are REALLY simple. Easy class!

Nice and everything, but spoke too quickly, her teaching style didn't match what we were tested on. Even the people who genuinely tried to follow struggled in this class. She's sincere about teaching, but be prepared to have a hard time in this class.

Really interesting class, but her lectures were hard to follow. Large class size made getting help after really challenging. You feel lost a lot, but she was a really nice lady. Grades on a really good curve, did better in the class then i thought i would. Hard class. Interesting.

Very nice woman, extremely helpful. Loves students who show interest. On occasion, her lectures were a little scatter-brained. Tests were very difficult, but she grades on a curve so it isn't a huge problem. From what I observed, most people in her class did not do the assigned work and blamed her as a teacher for their irresponsible study habits.

Can't understand her work sheets. She's not very helpful. Her lectures are boring and what she writes on the board is of no help. Her tests are hard but are graded on a curve. I wouldn't recommend this class at all.

The first day of class she was late because she'd been surfing. She's an awesome teacher who really likes students who are interested in her course. For those who are interested, she makes every effort to help them grasp concepts. Lots of field trips!
