Dr. Noorani has to easily be one of the worst professors you could have for this class. He's a nice guy, and his little stories are funny, but he's a really harsh grader and his tests are too difficult. He has a very strong accent and you can't really understand him well. Try to avoid taking him if you can.

This guy has no idea how to teach a class. He is hard to understand and spends too much time making random comments that don't relate to class. Granted, these are normally funny, but it stops to be funny when you realize that you have absolutely no idea what you are doing unless you independently teach yourself from the book. Avoid. Talks about himself half of class time.Extremely scatterd.All over the place with material,mumbles at the baord,sloppy,makes mistakes.You will walk out of class confused and spend long nights studying.You will only learn thermo on your own. Let's be frank, thermo is not exactly common sense subject, so you will have hard time.

This class isnt too hard. Noorani is so hard to understand it greatly affects desire to even come to class. He has a thick accent AND he whispers sometimes. sit in the front. You can get away with coming to 2/3s of the classes. Tests arent too bad, theres a final project too. Easy A, terrible professor

A nice guy and he means well but the class is a joke. He's very lazy and his TA's do all the teaching. On avg he'll stay in class for about 15 minutes. Easy A. But it will haunt you in the future when you needed a solid foundation.

Extremely chill class. Half the time Noorani doesnt know whats going on, but its ok cuases he funny. Only really confusing part of the class is the manual graphics part, which is more a pain in the ass than hard. Over than that you will basically teach yourself AUTOCAD, but its no big deal. Pretty f

Eaaaaaaaaazy class, could have taught myself the semester's material in a day. Easy A, he's a funny guy, who really cares about his students less than 2 hours of homework a week could have taken the midterm in my sleep. Possibly the least stressful class I have ever taken.
