Dr. Raby is amazing! Very good class, especially with her sense of humour. No textbook but she used readings online, which were both free and accessible. I love her attitude and she really captures why it is important for youth to be given more autonomy. Thank you for your amazing class.

Rebecca Raby is the most kind hearted & caring professor. She has helped me so much in so many ways and I hate how so mant people bash her. She makes me laugh and she always went out of her way to make her lectures accessible for me. Nailed me with being an academic pirate. Then let me re-write the paper and gave me an 80 on it :). My TA ruined this class for me, as he was an arrogant know-it-all but he is gone now. Definetely recommend taking this course, especially if you're a psyc major. CHYS and PSYC overlap hardcore.

I love this prof! She was so understanding toward her students! And she really cared! She had us make a body positive zine because she noticed in our writings that many of us had poor body image. I loved 4P44, but don't take it if you're not interested in feminism or if you have no critical thinking skills. The subject matter can be challenging.
